RETURN POLICY

We’re confident that you will love our products! We do understand there may be reasons to return a piece of our merchandise. So if you don’t, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund.

We also want to be sure and tell you that if you have any question(s) about matching either an art piece to its prospective owner/decor, or a question about our learning tools? Or if you have any inquiry about our site or products BEFORE and AFTER ordering anything on our site for that matter, please call us to see if we can help!

Some of our products are made & crafted by hand, so no Art-Kit is 100% exactly the same!

Printed art (Art-Prints) and décor (Wall-Art) Products are sourced from separate vendors. We want to match our customers with a beautiful art they will enjoy for life. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us at customercare@wellbeetree.com within 14 days, providing photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.

We will gladly provide you with return instructions for a refund, or a replacement if this is your desire.

No Returns on Sale items.

WellBeeTree.com guarantees you will be happy with your purchase, or we will provide you with a full refund, see our return process here.

If you placed your order more than 30 days ago, we'll simply pass on the shipping and handling fees to you.

SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges except for faulty items or products damaged in transit.

Shipping, handling fees and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We hope you'll love our products! If, however, something looks or feels amiss when upon arrival, we'll replace them or refund you (Please refer to our product guarantee and returns policy). The choice is yours. Please make sure that you:

Email customercare@wellbeetree.com, with the reason for the return, photos of the products you want to return and your order #.

Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions and return delivery address. Do not return your parcel without our approval.

You will then need to package and return your parcel to the address provided, and provide our support team with the tracking number.

Your order will be refunded once your return is received at our warehouse, and tracking updated to Delivered.

*Item/s must be returned with its original packaging otherwise, a refund will not be issued. If returned in unsatisfactory packaging, we may provide a store credit.

**No refunds on digital products. With the exception of purchases of eBook orders, the purchase price can be refunded upon purchase of hardcover/softcover coloring-book, lesson, art-kit book or manual in original new condition, with original packaging.

Please note you're responsible for shipping costs (unless the product is damaged) and your return will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
